The story of The IB Company dates back to 14 years when we started off from a small shop in a village locality in south Delhi. A year later, we moved our premises to Noida (a suburb of New Delhi) from where we started off our journey by designing PADX-I systems. From then on till present day, it has been an eventful journey and an education second to none.
Backed by this education we are now all set to step into the future and turn all that we strived for into a reality. And to keep our head on our shoulders at all times, we are guided by the Chinese philosopher Confucius, who once said, "Don't kill an ant with a hammer".
From our premises in Noida we designed PADX-I, a totally different kind of sound system, which we displayed at some local trade shows and won some rave reviews. Encouraged by the response we set out to improve our design and displayed an improved PADX at a major trade show in Mumbai. The response to PADX-I was unprecedented, but owing to some bad investments and decisions this venture did not take off quite like we had hoped.
 It was at IT Asia'95 that we again had a glimpse of success. Operating with the business name "Jaisai Technologies", we came out with a true-type Hindi language font and sold it for just USD3.00 only. This at a time when the other true-type fonts of the same kind were selling for about USD200.00. It was as if a revolution followed. All the fonts in the market then had to slash their prices in order to compete. In the years that followed we were busy building up a strong foundation, because we didn't want to repeat the mistakes we had committed in the past.

The introduction of the Internet gave us the much-needed launching pad for the products we had developed over the years. We now had an opportunity to reach out to millions of people around the world and let them know about our activities. After a lot of thinking, we came up with Baba Bazaar and decided to sell vegetables as their rates keep changing everyday, and that would have been a good platform to demonstrate the robustness of our web based shopping platform. Music cassettes and CDs also interested us as a lot of titles are added everyday, which makes the daily updating of the Baba Bazaar essential. We didn't know that an experiment would turn out to be an industry in itself.
The Global Positioning System, or the GPS as it is popularly known, is a navigation system based on a constellation of 24 satellites orbiting the earth at a very high altitude. The Sanjay GPS system was india's first satellite navigation system. It was launched in 1999. The SANJAY-GPS was aimed at mobile professionals, and almost any one who needs to travel a lot in and around Delhi. It let its users search for places listed under different categories, like hotels, restaurants, cinema halls, major commercial buildings etc. A handy and professional solution, it made obtaining location information easily.
Our journey has been a long and educating one. Today, at The IB Company our mission is now to develop products and services under a single brand entity, "Everything will get better", and of course make sure that we do make everything we get into better, while we are at it.
